Interview with Adelita's Way at Rock on the Range, 2010
I would like to thank the guys from Adelitas Way for sitting down and talking with and answering a few questions. It was a pleasure talking with them, thank you guys and I look forward to hearing more from you in the future!

Miranda: How did you come up with the band name Adelita’s Way?
Derek: Sex
Rick: Yes! No it’s a whorehouse in Tijuana.
Miranda: really?
Rick: Yeah
Miranda: Who are you currently on tour with?
Rick: Puddle of Mudd. It’s us, Puddle of Mudd, and Shaman’s Harvest. Very excited!
Miranda: How is that tour treating you so far?
Rick: Great bands those guys are awesome
Derek: they like whores too.
Rick: Stop don’t listen to him. They have been great to us, the shows have been awesome and the bands have been great.
Miranda: How do you prepare for playing in front of thousands of people?
Adelitas Way (multiple members): Drink A LOT
Rick: I have the same routine I do. Sleep very important, warming up vocally, stretches all that good stuff, Trevor tickles my balls.
Trevor: Rick massages my ass.
Miranda (laughs) Okay
Rick: We don’t do any of that we don’t do any of that for the record I’m just, he’s kidding.
Miranda: I don’t know if I believe you now.
Miranda: (to Keith) for you since I only thought it was gonna be you.
Keith: lay it on me!
Miranda: After playing live how often do you replace your guitar strings?
Keith: oh, um probably every 3 days.
Miranda: every 3 days?
Keith: yeah, I make it last.
Derek: Make it right!
Miranda: What is one of your most memorable shows that you have had?
Rick: The whole Three Days Grace tour
Keith: yup
Trevor: This one’s up there Rock on the Range this year and last year is up there.
Derek: Rockfest
Rick: Muddfest
Miranda: Nashville Shows?
Rick: I love Nashville shows, I have a little Nashville party up in me.
Adelitas Way: Go Vols!
Miranda: No balls?

Rick: VOLS. V-O-L-S
Miranda: Are you guys currently working on another album?
Rick: Yes
Miranda: When is it coming?
Rick: February 2011, be ready for it tell everyone to buy this album.
Miranda: I have 2 of them
Rick: I LOVE YOU! (laughs)
Miranda: Has there ever been a time when you've been taking a break that you are like" WOW this is what I do for a living!"
Derek: today I realized it again
Rick: yeah everyday
Miranda: it’s better than any 9 to 5 job you could have.
Trevor: you don’t get a lot of sleep and your always hung over, but then that moment kicks in and you’re like this is my job, having fun.
Miranda: then the hang over goes away
Rick: no, I mean we haven’t slept in like a day in half and we’re on like no sleep. We got on stage and we just broke dance, and it was awesome.
Miranda: What do you do when you’re not touring? Hobbies, jobs, etc
Derek: Sex
Trevor: Golf
Rick: Golf, baseball, sports
Trevor: you every played pogs?
Miranda: Pogs?
Derek: Tiddly winks
Miranda: I’m not gonna say yes because that can show my age.
Rick: I’m a big MMA fan, I love you UFC
Miranda: Kicking ass and girls huh.
Miranda: Do you have any messages for your fans?
Rick: We love our fans
Derek: We love you
Rick: Come out and see us, we got some big shows coming up were out with Puddle of Mudd now. Halestorm in July.
Trevor: that whole tour we’re playing naked.
Derek: Most Importantly Treat Her Right!
Miranda: I need to see you guys if you playing naked LOL
Rick: You do! Alright We’ve got to put a hat on Derek’s head
